About Me

Kiriana or Kina, friends and family call me both.  27 years old.  An idealist with personal development at the core of my soul.  I proudly claim the best of two cultures: Maori and American.
I am the 10th of 16 children.  There are 10 boys, 6 girls.  One set of twins. 37 nieces & nephews.

I am a Christian, specifically, I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I was born and raised in a LDS home where spirituality was priority. So much of who I am is because of my LDS beliefs.  I love my religion, it helps me understand my relationship with God and His Son Jesus Christ and stretches me to be the best I can.

This dashing man here is, Ivan, my best friend and husband! We met in August 2010 and married in August 2012.  Deciding whom to marry requires courage; I was unsure about a couple things but what I knew for sure was that if I married Ivan, I would ALWAYS laugh and have fun.  Gordon B. Hinckley said, " In all living have much fun and laughter, life is to be enjoyed not just endured." How true that is!  I enjoy experiencing the fun & laughter of life with my husband and look forward to eternity with him.

Shortly after we married, we were joined by our first baby.  Noa.  A Shih-Tzu Yorkie mix.  He is spoiled rotten and could stand to have a few more manners, OK A LOT more manners (entirely our fault) nonetheless, he is our pride and joy!

Ivan also comes from a large family.  He is the 11th of 14 children.  8 boys 6 girls. No twins.  41 nieces and nephews.

13 (his siblings) +15 (my siblings) =28 siblings, 38 including spouses (9 of our siblings are still celebrating the single life).  37+41   = 78 nieces & nephews.

We believe that family is central to God's plan and feel blessed to share our lives with these great people!  Our family is evidence of God's love for us!
